Our web design and development process is optimised to create high quality websites in a quick effective way that allows you creative and strategic input every step-of-the-way.

Interview (Day One)

Initial consultation where we discuss the objectives for your business and website and finalise the requirements for your project. We will then send you an email confirming your requirements and price.

Design Menu (Day Two)

To speed up the design process and ensure your finished website reflects the personality of your business We will create a bespoke Design Menu. The Design Menu enables you to select the visual style, colour palette and font for your website. We will finalise your selection via a short phone consultation.

Initial Design (Day Five)

Based on your Design Menu selection and our understanding of your organisation and your goals we will create a pdf presentation with a completed homepage and article page designs for you to review.

Design Feedback (Day Six)

We will schedule a 30 minute phone consultation to discuss your design and refine it.

Final Design (Day Eight)

Based on your feedback we will create a pdf presentation with completed design for your website. Design details will be finalised during a short phone consultation before moving on to the build phase.

Website Build (Day Nine to Fourteen)

We will setup your content management system and code your website in a compliant search engine friendly way. Content for your site should be delivered at this stage – we will upload it for you at no extra cost.

Training & Live (Day Fifteen)

We will provide you with written training materials that will tell you everything you need to know about running your website. We will also schedule a one-hour telephone training session where we will walk you through the basics and answer any questions you have.

Post Live Review (One Month)

Once you have been running your site for a month we will schedule a phone consultation to make sure everything is running smoothly and discuss site performance and optimisation options.
